What's New
Project actions stay consistent wherever you look, leaving structure edit mode asks before you lose work, empty sections stay out of the way when you filter, and self-hosted instances no longer offer platform AI they cannot use.
Features
- Hide empty sections on status filter: when a status filter is active, sections with no matching tasks are hidden so the project view stays focused (#144, #148).
- Self-host navigation: desktop org sidebar stays open; mobile Menu opens the org drawer instead of a dead end (#145, #146).
Improvements
- Project ⋮ menu aligned: the same overflow actions (settings, go to organization, edit structure) are shared across the project card, org header, and personal project nav — Activités stays outside the menu (#137, #153).
- Structure edit exit: the toolbar button is now Retour. If you have unsaved structure changes, a dialog offers Rester, Tout sauvegarder, or Ne rien sauvegarder (#154, #155).
- AI not configured: one clear message with a Settings CTA for admins when no usable AI key is available (#151, #152).
- Landing hero on mobile: title and subtitle adapt more cleanly on small screens (#142, #143).
Corrections
- Self-host AI: Gemini Road To and platform credits are hidden; env Gemini is not used as a silent fallback without BYO (#147, #149, #150).
- Client bundle: AI error codes no longer pull Node
pg/tls into the browser (fixes Turbopack Can't resolve 'tls') (#153).
Administration
- Self-host AI surface: no platform Gemini provider in Settings / Usage; BYO required (#147, #150).
- Unified
AI_KEY_NOT_CONFIGURED toast with Settings deep-link for owners/admins (#151).
- Shared
ProjectActionsMenu component for card / header / personal nav (#137).
- Client-safe
ai-key.constants.ts split from server ai-key module (#153).
